WASHINGTON, DC — The American Bakers Association (ABA) has welcomed Chris Greiner as VP of membership and growth. This appointment further reflects ABA’s commitment to cultivating meaningful business connections and positioning its members for long-term success.
Greiner brings prior association leadership experience to ABA, having spent nearly five years with the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW), where he led initiatives focused on business development, membership growth and commercial strategy.
“Chris brings a proven track record of building strong relationships, developing innovative membership strategies and creating lasting value for organizations,” said Eric Dell, president and CEO of ABA. “His leadership will help us elevate how we serve our members through a personalized experience that best serves their businesses while continuing to strengthen ABA as the leading voice for the commercial baking industry.”
During his tenure at NAW, Greiner helped launch new membership models, led commercialization efforts for member products and complex legal and policy campaigns, and worked closely with industry leaders to develop data-driven solutions that supported business growth across the wholesale distribution industry.
Welcoming Greiner to the ABA staff is a key part of the association’s strategic plan, through which the organization continues investing in its people, programs and resources to maximize membership value.
