OVERLAND PARK, KS — BEMA, the association representing leading bakery and food suppliers, is on the lookout for new members to join its Baking Industry Forum (BIF). This small group of bakers and suppliers is dedicated to discussing and addressing the top issues facing the commercial baking industry.

Through these conversations, BIF provides the industry with a strong resource for ideas and expertise, based on research and years of experience.

While there is no set roster number, BIF is usually composed of eight supplier members and eight baker members. Support for this group is provided by BEMA staff members.
