MADISON, WI — The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) announced its speaker lineup for its 2026 event, set for June 7-9 in Orlando, FL.
Alton Brown, a renowned cook, author and filmmaker, is slated to speak at the event. He created, wrote, directed and hosted the television show Good Eats — which won two James Beard Foundation awards — in addition to hosting culinary classics, such as Iron Chef America and Cutthroat Kitchen. Brown is also the author of the New York Times bestselling essay collection Food for Thought, and he recently launched a new weekly YouTube program, “Alton Brown Cooks Food.”
Former Duke University men’s basketball coach, Mike Krzyzewski, will also be a part of the 2026 speaker lineup. Krzyzewski led Team USA to three Olympic gold medals and is known as a master motivator of individuals and organizations.
“We’re excited to have Mike Krzyzewski at IDDBA 2026,” said Jeremy Johnson, IDDBA’s VP of events. “His incredible career as an NCAA men’s basketball coach and his reputation for leadership development will offer new perspectives on team building to ‘win’ in the workplace.”
Anne-Marie Roerink — president of 210 Analytics, a leading insights firm specializing in fresh food retail — will also be speaking. Roerink works closely with retailers, manufacturers and trade associations to uncover how consumer behavior, economic forces and demographic shifts shape food purchasing. Known for translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies, Roerink helps industry leaders understand the market and how to respond.
Additionally, IDDBA hinted at another surprise speaker, which will be revealed at a later date. For more information on IDDBA 2026, visit the association’s website.
