OVERLAND PARK, KS — As part of the programming for BEMA’s 2026 Convention — taking place June 25-29 in Waimea, HI — internationally recognized keynote speaker Seb Terry will take to the main stage.

On June 27, attendees will glean Terry’s insights on personal transformation, peak performance and creating environments for success.

“Seb’s message will resonate strongly with the BEMA community because it speaks directly to the people behind our businesses,” said Jay Hardy, BEMA board chair. “Our industry is built on collaboration, resilience and continuous improvement, and Seb brings a powerful perspective on how individuals and teams can perform at a higher level while staying grounded in purpose and culture. His ability to connect personal transformation with real-world leadership makes him an excellent fit for our audience.”

Terry’s keynote complements the rest of the event’s agenda, which includes various education sessions, networking opportunities and insights curated to strengthen the baking industry.
