SAN FRANCISCO — Walmart shelves across the US are welcoming seven Hero Bread SKUs, including sliced breads, tortillas, buns and bagels.
“Hero Bread is on a mission to make delicious, better-for-you baked goods available to consumers wherever they shop and deliver great value to all consumers,” said CEO YuChiang Cheng. “Landing with the world’s leading retailer and helping them uplevel their wellness platform is a huge way for us to bring this mission to life.”
Known for its fiber- and protein-packed bread and baked goods, Hero has been steadily increasing its distribution, landing in Albertsons and select Whole Foods locations in 2025. Its products can now be found in 7,000 retail stores.
“We are proud to have seven of our fan-favorite items available in Walmart, giving their shoppers access to better-for-you options, whether they’re looking for sliced bread, tortillas, bagels, buns or rolls,” Cheng said.
Earlier this year, Hero introduced Everything Bagels to its Chef-Crafted collection.
