Fruit-forward offerings fortify Nature’s Bakery portfolio

PASADENA, CA — Nature’s Bakery broadened its soft-baked snack offerings with two new flavor releases.

The baking company added Oatmeal Crumble Raspberry Lemon Bars and Gluten Free Strawberry Fig Bars to its portfolio, catering to a wider range of consumer needs and snacking occasions.

“We’re committed to supporting our community of snackers with more delicious offerings that everyone can enjoy,” said Nazneen Motiwala, senior brand manager at Nature’s Bakery.

The Strawberry variant marks the third Nature’s Bakery gluten-free flavor after Raspberry and Blueberry. This fig bar is made with certified gluten-free whole grains and real fruit filling.

“After extensive consumer research showing strawberry was the highest requested flavor profile among our gluten-free customers, we knew it would be the perfect addition to our lineup,” Motiwala said.

Oatmeal Crumble Raspberry Lemon Bars debuted at Sweets & Snacks Expo in Indianapolis, featuring an indulgent and tangy flavor. The plant-based breakfast offering joins the Strawberry & Apple variety and is similarly nut- and dairy-free and made with 14 grams of whole grains.

“The pairing of raspberry and lemon in our new Oatmeal Crumble bars delivers a unique and fresh flavor combination that our fans have been asking for,” Motiwala added.

Oatmeal Crumble Raspberry Lemon Bars are currently available on the Nature’s Bakery website and will roll out in Target stores in June. Consumers can snag Gluten Free Strawberry Fig Bars now at Walmart and on the brand’s website starting May 19th.
