Form & Frys will continue operating independently under its current management in Denmark. The initial transition phase will focus on maintaining operational continuity while identifying synergies in processes and product development.

Strategic partnership

Rademaker also entered a partnership with Sensure, an Italian company specializing in advanced vision inspection systems powered by AI and self-learning technology. With more than 150 global installations, Sensure’s systems support a wide range of industrial applications, including pick-and-place operations, real-time monitoring and analytics, and automated quality control processes with automatic rejection of non-compliant products.
