CAMDEN, NJ — With millennial and Gen Z consumers increasingly leaning into nostalgic flavors, commercial bakeries are working to combine these familiar elements with new and innovative twists.
Snack Factory, a Campbell’s Snacks brand, is embracing summer and appealing to consumers with the addition of a nostalgic snack: S’mores Pretzel Crisps.
“Snack Factory has always been about rethinking the familiar in fun, flavorful ways, and our new S’mores Pretzel Crisps are no exception,” said Justin Matijcio, associate VP of pretzels at Campbell’s. “With the launch of S’mores Pretzel Crisps, we’re continuing to lead the pretzel category with innovation that excites snackers in a way only Snack Factory can.”
The limited-edition variety joins the existing lineup of Pretzel Crisps, which includes classic flavors such as Cheddar Cheese, Honey Mustard & Onion, and Everything, as well as indulgent varieties such as Dark Chocolate Drizzlers and Milk Chocolate & Caramel Drizzlers.
Starting in May, S’mores Pretzel Crisps will be available at national retailers, including Target and Kroger, for an SRP of $4.69 per 4-ounce bag.
