NEW YORK — With almost a century of expertise in the New York baking scene, Zaro’s Family Bakery is innovating in the wholesale space to bring consumers convenience with an artisanal touch.
The bakery’s latest release, a Peach Champagne Cake, blends the sweet flavor of peaches with the bubbly infusion of champagne. The cake is topped with a whipped peach buttercream frosting and its sponge layers are sandwiched with peach filling.
“We wanted to create something that captures the essence of summer and celebration, and the combination of peaches and champagne does exactly that,” said Michael Zaro, fourth-generation co-owner of Zaro’s Family Bakery.
The Peach Champagne Cake is available for a limited time at Zaro’s Family Bakery locations and select retailers nationwide.
