MINNEAPOLIS — General Mills Foodservice broadened its baked goods lineup with the addition of Pillsbury Thaw & Serve Chocolate Chip Blondie.

Available in half- or full-sheet sizes, the pre-baked Chocolate Chip Blondie features brown sugar and vanilla flavors as well as chocolate chips. The versatile baked good is designed to help foodservice operators include an indulgent, from-scratch-like dessert on their menus. The Pillsbury product can be served alone or used as the base for a variety of sweet treats.

The General Mills Foodservice website offers recipe ideas for operators seeking inspiration.

Each 9.19-pound case of Pillsbury Thaw & Serve Chocolate Chip Blondie includes three full-size trays.

General Mills continues to innovate with foodservice operators in mind. Most similar to its new release, the company introduced Pillsbury Thaw & Serve Brownie Sheets in June 2023. Last year, General Mills Foodservice’s innovations included Pillsbury Croissant Buns, individually wrapped muffins and pizza dough.
