PARK CITY, UT — Kodiak, best known for its high protein and whole grain products, announced the latest iteration of its annual Keep It Wild campaign.

In partnership with the Vital Ground Foundation, a non-profit working to protect and restore North America’s grizzly bear population, this year’s campaign will raise awareness and funds for land conservation and bear preservation to maintain a healthy ecosystem for years to come.

“Here at Kodiak, we’re always encouraging folks to enjoy the great outdoors while living epic days and wilder lives, which is why we’re thrilled to kick off this year’s Keep It Wild campaign, which is a direct reflection of our mission and values,” said Cory Bayers, CMO of Kodiak. “By working together with incredible brands like Cotopaxi and YETI, and contributing to The Vital Ground Foundation, we encourage consumers to get outside while also educating on the importance of land conservation and bear protection.”

Outdoor brands such as Cotopaxi and YETI will support the campaign by creating limited-edition products, including lunch boxes, backpacks, water bottles and more, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Vital Ground Foundation.

Kodiak’s community of influencers, celebrities, athletes and investors will unite to raise awareness for the campaign, including actor and producer Zac Efron. This is the second year that Efron has joined the campaign after being named board member and chief brand officer of Kodiak in 2022.

“Kodiak continues to stay true to its mission of feeding epic days and wilder lives while making sure to inspire people to get outside and leave the world better than they found it,” Efron said. “Programs like Keep It Wild are a huge part of why I became a part of the Kodiak brand, and I’m so excited to see the impact of this year’s campaign.”

Wes Larson, a bear biologist and conservation influencer, and Max Lowe, a National Geographic photographer, will also be supporting the campaign.
