ROBESONIA, PA — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) named David Welch its new sales manager for Europe.
In this role, the baking industry veteran will oversee sales for RBS equipment and process solutions for clients throughout the region.
“David brings a wealth of biscuit, cookie and cracker experience, which will expand our already strong position in the European snack market,” said Joe Pocevicius, director, EMEA & APAC of RBS. “His deep process and technical knowledge will undoubtedly make him a key contributor to the ongoing growth of RBS and our customers in Europe.”
The senior engineer brings over 20 years of food manufacturing to the role. He held various roles at Baker Perkins, most recently as chief engineer, and worked as an engineering project manager for Cerealto.
