WASHINGTON, DC — The NextGenBaker Leadership Forum, presented by the American Bakers Association, announced the keynote speaker for the event, which will be held in September.

The forum, designed exclusively for baking industry professionals, is tailored to equip leaders with the essential skills and insights needed to navigate market complexities and bolster success in their organizations.

With over 35 years of leadership experience, former US Navy submarine officer Marc Koehler has been selected to share his five-step framework for creating collaborative and dynamic teams with NextGenBakers.

The forum will provide baking and supplier leaders with executive thought leadership and resources. In his session, Koehler will discuss data-driven techniques, dynamic leadership and critical decision-making. He will speak on case studies and advanced data, delivering insights on how to achieve higher productivity and retention while offering practical tools and strategies for making critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
