SALT LAKE CITY — Nature’s Bakery, a Mars brand, is set to build a 339,000-square-foot baking facility in Salt Lake City.

The Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and the Economic Development Corporation of Utah broke the news regarding the new bakery on Jan. 11. The facility is projected to add over 190 jobs to the area.

Nature’s Bakery will invest $237 million in the Utah facility and is scheduled to begin operations in July 2025.
