YORK, PA — Duane Carter has joined JLS Automation as VP of human resources.
Carter will report to Craig Wolfe, COO of JLS, and is tasked with strengthening the company’s culture. This includes areas such as talent management and development, executive leadership consultation and counseling, furthering the company’s diversity and inclusion commitment, and more.
“Duane is a strategic and innovative leader in human resources, and we are happy to welcome him to the JLS team,” Wolfe said. “As we continue to grow, Duane’s multi-industry experience and hands-on approach will help drive a high-performance culture.”
Carter brings over three decades of experience to JLS, with a broad background in industries such as electronics manufacturing and industrial and commercial construction. Most recently, he served as operations human resource leader at TE Connectivity and has held leadership positions at companies such as Pfizer and Tyco Electronics.
