PLANO, TX — The full schedule for the all-new Ideation Baking Summit, presented by Middleby Bakery and Multivac/Fritsch, has been announced for the upcoming event, set for April 3-4 at the Middleby Bakery Innovation Center in Plano, TX.
The Ideation Baking Summit will include a day and a half of industry speakers, hands-on equipment demonstrations and insights to help bakers develop new products for increased revenue. It also includes a tour of The Cloud Bread Co. bakery in Carrolton, TX, and an immersive experience in the Middleby Innovation Kitchen in Dallas.
From traditional techniques to new technologies, the event will delve into a range of topics, providing a comprehensive overview of the tools and practices impacting the industry’s current and future trends. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to network and collaborate to foster ideation with industry peers and suppliers in a community dedicated to baking.
