Organic cacao powder (100% cacao) is popular in chocolate recipes for its sugar-free and nutrient-packed profile, as it contains high levels of potassium, iron and flavonoids (which improve blood flow and help lower blood pressure).
Organic coconut and cashew milk powders are popular, dairy-free replacements for traditional milk. These alternatives offer fewer calories, lower carbs and less fat than cow’s milk, without compromising on texture or taste.
