Kansas State University’s College of Agriculture broke ground on its Global Center for Grain and Food Innovation, the centerpiece of the university’s agriculture infrastructure initiative. Dr. Ernie Minton, K-State’s dean of the College of Agriculture, talks about how the state-of-the-art facility will help solve some of the world’s most challenging food-related problems such as the growing issue of food insecurity.
