BERKLEY, CA — Upcycled Foods, Inc. (UP, Inc.) has added Dr. Lara Ramdin as its first chief innovation and science officer (CISO).
Ramdin will lead the development of a robust science and innovation agenda, develop new ingredients technologies, expand the portfolio of upcycled ingredients and create product applications for food business.

Ramdin is a global leader in R&D, product development and innovation with over 20 years of experience leading innovation efforts for businesses such as Molson Coors, Unilever and Estee Lauder. She also has experience with supporting emerging brands as a consultant, advisor and board member. Prior to joining Upcycled Foods, Ramdin served as chief innovation officer at Dole Sunshine Company.
