TILLAMOOK, OR — Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCAA), the co-op behind one of the fastest-growing dairy brands in the US, is breaking into a new product category with the addition of frozen pizza and macaroni and cheese to its product portfolio.

Created from chef-inspired recipes all made with quality ingredients, consumers can expect bold flavors and restaurant-quality meals from Tillamook’s Crispy Stone-Fired Pizzas and frozen mac and cheese offerings.

“Get ready for a totally different eating experience from Tillamook with our new Mac and Cheese and Crispy Stone-Fired Pizzas,” said Josh Archibald, executive chef of culinary development, TCCA. “Our new products truly spotlight and celebrate our bold, award-winning cheeses.”

The Crispy Stone-Fired Pizza ties together the flavors of a trio of Tillamook cheeses including medium yellow cheddar, whole-milk mozzarella and Monterey Jack. Topped with premium toppings, the four flavor options include:

  • Cheesy Uncured Pepperoni
  • Three Cheese
  • Three Cheese Supreme
  • Cheesy BBQ Chicken

The frozen pizza will hit stores in October at select retail locations.
