NEW YORK — Roland Foods, a specialty foods purveyor, has acquired Ifigourmet, an importer and distributor of bakery, pastry, confectionery and ice cream products.

Ifigourmet will be combined with AUI Fine Foods, Rolands Foods’ sweet division. Rick Brownstein, owner and CEO of Ifigourmet’s, will stay with the company.

Ifigourmet operates two distribution centers in Chicago and San Francisco and serves more than 1,500 in-store bakery, restaurant chain and foodservice customers nationwide.
