HERNDON, VA — The finalists have been announced for the Technology Excellence Awards, which will take place at Pack Expo Las Vegas 2023, by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.
The Technology Excellence Awards recognizes the best new technology in the packaging and processing industry and is given to technology and packaging being shown at the event for the first time.
More than 80 solutions suppliers submitted nominations for this year’s awards. After each entry was reviewed by top professionals in the industry and narrowed down to three finalists in each category. The categories included Food/Beverage, General Packaging and Processing, Personal Care/ Pharma, and Sustainability.
The finalists for this year’s Food/Beverage and General Packaging and Processing Awards are:

Pack Expo attendees are encouraged to visit the finalists’ booths to see the technologies and vote. Voting will take place live beginning at the show on Monday, Sept. 11 through noon on Tuesday, Sept. 12 via the official show app or online. Winners will be announced on the afternoon of Sept. 12.
Registration for Pack Expo Las Vegas, taking place Sept. 11-13, is $30 until Aug. 18 and then increases to $130.
