Sprouts shelves welcome Trubar Kids line

VANCOUVER, BC — Trubar Inc., a better-for-you snack company known for its plant-based protein products, expanded its market presence with the launch of the TRUBAR Kids line in Sprouts Farmers Markets.

The clean-ingredient snack bar line is free of peanuts and tree nuts and high in fiber and protein. After a successful trial run in 40 stores, TRUBAR Kids will be sold across 400 Sprouts stores in 24 states. The launch features three snack bar flavors: Iced Oatmeal Blast, Pop Goes Confetti and Fudge-tastic Brownie.

“The launch of TRUBAR Kids marks a milestone in our strategy to expand the market presence and visibility of the TRUBAR brand with innovative flavor varieties and pack sizes to broaden our appeal to health-conscious consumers of all ages,” said Erica Groussman, CEO of Trubar. “We’re excited to introduce a delicious, school-safe snack that parents can trust and on-the-go kids can enjoy.”

Each snack bar offers 8-9 grams of plant-based protein and 7-8 grams of fiber. Currently available in a 5-count box, the brand’s 12-bar box will debut in September nationwide at Hy-Vee, Amazon, Walmart online and the Trubar website.
