KANSAS CITY, MO — Commercial Baking is back at it with Season Seven of its podcast, Troubleshooting Innovation, sponsored by Puratos.
Joanie Spencer, editor-in-chief of Commercial Baking and podcast host, talks with Richard Charpentier, CMB, and CEO of consulting company Baking Innovation, about the technical aspects of creating high-quality, premium baked goods on a commercial scale.
Charpentier has over three decades of experience in the baking industry, ranging from retail to commercial bakeries. He’s also helped launch several branded bakery products and contributed to R&D and product development.
