KANSAS CITY, MO — As the countdown begins for BakingTECH 2025, hosted by the American Society of Baking (ASB) and set for Feb. 15-18 in Orlando, FL, the Society of Bakery Women (SBW) announced its networking events during the convention.
SBW, which is dedicated to providing networking opportunities for women in the baking industry, will host two events to celebrate the occasion:
- Aimed at industry professionals, SBW’s Cocktail Hour will be held on Feb. 15 from 5 – 6:30 p.m.
- Aimed at both aspiring students and professionals, SBW’s Annual Brunch will be held on Feb. 16 from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.
The brunch will feature Xochitl Cruz, ASB chair and VP of global operations at Grupo Bimbo, as keynote speaker.
