The company will introduce its new line of cookies, formulated to meet schools’ nutritional guidelines and provide an indulgent treat during the school day.

In addition to its expanded distribution, the baking company also became the first K-12 cookie brand available for purchase on Amazon and Faire, allowing parents across the country access to the cookies.

“By launching on Amazon and into local Sacramento schools, we’re making our Smart Snack cookies accessible to everyone,” Ortega said. “Whether you’re a parent looking for healthy snacks for your child or simply someone who appreciates great-tasting, plant-based treats, you can now enjoy our cookies delivered right to your door.”
