EAST HANOVER, NJ — RITZ, a Mondelez International brand, announced the next chapter in its longstanding partnership with Feeding America, the largest domestic hunger-relief organization in the US, to support people facing food insecurity through the Walmart “Fight Hunger. Spark Change.” campaign.

For each specially marked pack of RITZ sold at Walmart in March, the cracker brand will donate the monetary equivalent of at least one meal to Feeding America, up to $850,000.

“It’s an honor for the RITZ brand to continue partnering with Feeding America and Walmart to raise awareness of food insecurity and provide meals to those in need,” said Steven Saenen, VP of marketing at RITZ.

Now in its 12th year, the “Fight Hunger. Spark Change.” campaign has generated more than $206 million and secured 2 billion meals for Feeding America’s network of local food banks.

“We are grateful for the continued support of the suppliers who join us in the movement to end hunger,” said Lauren Biedron, senior VP of corporate partnerships at Feeding America.
