MINNEAPOLIS —  Rise Baking Co., parent company to brands such as Brill, South Coast, Best Maid, and Henry & Henry, will be an exhibitor at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) 2024 Show, set for June 9-11 in Houston.

The baking company booth will highlight its new product portfolio line, which includes pies, pre-cut iced cake squares, base-iced cakes, cookies, muffins and icings.

Rise Baking Co.’s booth will feature product demos on finishing pre-cut iced cake squares and base-iced cakes, as well as the latest cake decorating trends that boost customer engagement.

Late last year, the Minneapolis-based baking company grew its portfolio with the acquisition of two pie facilities.
