PLANO, TX — Middleby Bakery, part of Middleby Food Processing, has promoted Rick Rodarte to president of Stewart Systems, an innovator in bakery equipment solutions. The appointment continues the company’s commitment to strengthening its industrial bakery group.
As president, Rodarte’s focus centers on expanding key bakery equipment offerings, increasing sales volume and manufacturing efficiencies, as well as overall output for the brand.
Rodarte, who has worked at Stewart Systems for 23 years, most recently served as VP of operations. Prior to that, he served as VP of engineering and director of product management and engineering.
Throughout his time at Stewart Systems, Rodarte has set industry benchmarks with the development of innovations such as the Wave 200 Bread Make-Up model.
