KENNESAW, GA — Rexfab, an automated equipment and industrial machinery supplier for clients in the baking and food industries, announced several leadership changes.

Pierre Meunier, president of Rexfab, will take an active role in attending to US customers and overseeing collaboration with R&R, a custom equipment company Rexfab announced a partnership with last fall.

“We are committed to our customers and to our team,” Pierre said. “We have a relationship with our suppliers based on trust. With these synergies, we intend to remain a family-owned quality solution provider for years to come.”

Following an intensive training period, Louis Bernard Meunier, current VP of operations, will assume the role of general manager.

“We’re proud to build on a solid foundation that Pierre and our team have established over the years,” Louis said. “I am excited to keep moving Rexfab into the future with next-gen ideas, new technologies and artificial intelligence.”

Lastly, Charles-Philippe Meunier, who graduated from the University of Sherbrooke with a degree in mechanical engineering, will join Rexfab full-time as an executive trainee.

“I feel incredibly lucky to be part of our expanding family business alongside my brother and father,” Charles-Philippe said. “My focus is on continuously learning to enhance our customer service. Moreover, I am dedicated to driving Rexfab towards its goal of becoming the foremost manufacturer of top-notch bakery equipment in North America. With these changes, we are well-positioned to fortify our partnerships with customers, transforming into genuine collaborators.”

These role changes reflect the company’s commitment and long-term vision to serve its North American customers.
