SALINA, KS — Repco, a leading supplier of nutritional premixes, celebrated the completion of its expanded new facility with an open house on June 25.
The event featured a ceremonial ribbon cutting, tours of the new facility and a reception to welcome guests and industry partners.
Monte White, president of Repco, opened the celebration by providing details regarding the company’s initiatives and range of products, highlighting its dedication to enriching popular consumer foods.
Repco specializes in ingredient blends through its three core businesses. The core division, Repco’s milling solutions, ensures that essential vitamins and minerals that were removed during the milling process are added back to flour. The second and third divisions are currently growing and include bakery and food and beverage solutions for clean-label challenges.
White noted that the facility expansion will drive the company’s growth in these two areas.
“This facility really represents a significant step for us to grow and expand to other areas,” White said. “This project has been a long time in the making. Our goal initially was not just to expand our capabilities, but to be able to better fulfill our mission.”
The facility expansion includes increased warehouse storage space, a larger and more advanced wet chemistry lab, a dedicated bake lab for product development, and a new food nutrition lab to aid in the company’s growth in the food and beverage industry. Repco also invested in modern office spaces and larger break rooms for its employees.
“All this would not have been possible without the dedication of so many incredible people,” White concluded. “A big thank you goes out to our construction team, those who brought the vision to life and the architects and engineers who meticulously planned and put all this together. And of course, all of the Repco team. You really are the backbone of this entire company.”
