ROBESONIA, PA — Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), a manufacturer of baked snack production systems, announced the addition of Eyad Alsabbagh as process technologist.

Alsabbagh brings more than 20 years of experience in snack and biscuit production, process optimization and product development to the role.

“We are thrilled to have Eyad join our team,” said Cameron Johnson, director of innovation at RBS. “His experience will further enhance our ability to support customers with high-performance equipment and industry-leading technical expertise.”

Previously, Alsabbagh served as biscuit development technologist at Baker Perkins, where he was responsible for new product development, factory acceptance testing and commissioning of biscuit production lines.

At RBS, he will work closely with UK customers to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing. Alsabbagh will lead the development of new products, optimize processes and provide technical support.
