CULEMBORG, NETHERLANDS — Rademaker will showcase its equipment innovations and solutions with digital and physical demonstrations at iba 2023, set to take place October 22-26 in Munich.
The equipment manufacturer will exhibit its bread rounder, Radini bread line, a new depositing solution, and the Radilinq rack loader and unloader at its booth (Hall C2, Stand 350).
The bread rounder can shape dough sheets into a wide range of bread products and accommodate both firm doughs and the long pre-proofed doughs used in artisan bread.
The Radini bread line is designed for semi-industrial production and allows bakers to automate their process while retaining an artisan feel in their products.
Rademaker’s new depositing solution enables bakeries to produce a wide range of filled products accurately and consistently at high speeds and in a small footprint.
The Radilinq rack loader and unloader can improve operational efficiency, automate repetitious tasks, reduce labor costs and provide consistent output. It can be integrated into any dough preparation line.
Visitors to the Rademaker booth can also witness the craftsmanship of the Dutch BoulangerieTeam as it shapes and decorates products using the Radini lines.
