HATBORO, PA — Savory pretzel producer Pretzel Pete announced four new flavors to its Topzels product line. Topzels are crushed and flavored pretzel bits, intended to be used as a topping in various recipes.

The new flavors include Low Salt, Honey Mustard Onion, Garlic Parmesan and Smoky Bacon and Cheddar.

“Topzels are the pretzel topping that tops everything, and you’ll see why once you experience this product that will soon be disrupting the toppings category,” said Karl Brown, founder and president of Pretzel Pete. “The savory flavors are a perfect salad topper yet also perfect on top of grilled foods, baked potatoes, soups and even as a breading for chicken or other dishes.”

The new offerings will be available in 6-ounce resealable bags and a bulk case configuration for foodservice vendors. These items will launch at the Pretzel Pete’s booth at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City starting on June 23.
