PepsiCo appoints Christine Tammara to senior VP, controller

PURCHASE, NY — PepsiCo reported a key repositioning to its leadership, announcing Christine Tammara as the newly appointed senior VP and controller, effective May 3, 2025.

Tammara joined the company in 2007 and has served as PepsiCo Beverages North America’s senior VP and controller since 2023. She spearheaded the sector’s control agenda, oversaw financial reporting and control execution, and cultivated partnerships with the business on accounting and transformation solutions.

Prior to that, Tammara served as senior VP and general auditor from 2021 to 2023 and VP and assistant controller, technical accounting and policy from 2016 to 2021. She has also held a series of roles in PepsiCo’s Control function.

Tammara will succeed the current senior VP and controller Marie Gallagher, who previously announced her intention to retire, and report to PepsiCo’s CFO Jamie Caulfield.
