LOS ANGELES — In anticipation of National Cookie Day on Dec. 4 and the uptick of gatherings during the holiday season, Otis Spunkmeyer is offering various recipes for its 8-inch Pizza Cookies to inspire foodservice operators.

The Aspire Bakeries brand created the recipes to teach operators how to elevate the shareable sweet treat with ingredients nodding to nostalgic, seasonal flavor profiles, such as Mexican hot chocolate and cinnamon apple streusel.

Operators can purchase the Pizza Cookies in two flavors: original Chocolate Chunk and Snickerdoodle, which debuted in Q3.
