EAST HANOVER, NJ — Staple Mondelez brand OREO announced its newest limited edition flavor Cotton Candy Sandwich Cookies.

Inspired by the classic carnival treat, the flavor is returning to store shelves nearly a decade since its last appearance.

Following persistent consumer requests, the cookie brand brought back the golden Oreo basecake, with double-stuffed pink and blue cotton candy-flavored creme.

This LTO follows the Blackout Cake variety which rolled out in early April.

Consumers can find the OREO Cotton Candy Sandwich Cookies in all stores where Oreos can be purchased for a limited time starting June 5.
