DALLAS, TX — Casa Arte Sano Foods has debuted Nopalli, a line of natural cactus tortilla chips, at Sprouts Farmers Market locations nationwide. The product was developed by Gerardo Galván, an entrepreneur and former executive of Topo Chico.

Aligning with consumer shifts towards better-for-you options, this salty snack touts a nutrient-dense base of cactus and corn. The chips – which took 18 months to develop – are crafted with no artificial ingredients, preservatives or additives.

“Today’s consumers are more informed than ever about what they put into their bodies,” Galván said. “They’re reading labels and demanding transparency and quality. Nopalli meets that demand by offering a snack free from artificial colors and flavors, while still delivering the authentic taste of our cultural heritage.”

Galván recruited several former colleagues from his tenure at Topo Chico, most notably Arturo Chavez, to create this product.

Nopalli is available in four flavors: Sea Salt, Jalapeño, Chile & Limón, and Lime.
