DALLAS — NEXUS, powered by BEMA and the American Bakers Association, announced the speakers for the NextGenBaker Leadership Forum, which will be held on Sept. 26.
Annie Hollon is a journalist, copywriter and social media strategist from the Dallas, Texas area. She found a love for magazine writing during her time at the University of Alabama where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in public relations and English. Beyond writing, you can find her expanding her library, attempting to teach herself the guitar and trying new hobbies.

The Leading in the Landscape of Today with Senior Industry Leaders panel features insights from senior industry executives on how they lead their teams, draw in new talent, and lessons they’ve learned in leadership. The panel will be moderated by NextGenBaker co-chairs Lili Economakis, division VP of customer development, foodservice non-commercial for Aspire Bakeries, and Bradley Cain, president of Cain Food Industries.
Executives featured on the panel include Bill Quigg, president of Richmond Baking; Chimene Ross, president and CCO of Killer Brownie; Clay Miller, president of Burford Corp.; Dan Dye, CEO of Ardent Mills; and Tony Martin, president of Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe.
