LOS ANGELES — Gerry’s, a New Zealand baking company with a portfolio of better-for-you breads, announced a launch into the US market with two of its flagship products: Better Bread and Seed Bread.
The Better Bread SKU features nine ingredients — including lupin flour — and boasts 16 grams of protein, 1 gram of net carbs and 5 grams of fiber per serving. Seed Bread is loaded with flaxseed and sunflower seeds, delivering 8 grams of fiber per serving.
Starting with direct online sales and an initial focus on California, the loaves meet the needs of American consumers searching for low-carb, high-protein nutrition and alternatives to traditional bread.
“We’re thrilled to share our beloved breads with US customers who crave great taste without compromise,” said Marius Fermi, Gerry’s US CEO. “Better Bread and Seed Bread make healthy eating effortless — perfect for sandwiches, toast or snacks.”
Gerry’s Better Bread and Seed Bread are now available on the brand’s website.
