New CEO positions Golden Cannoli for growth

CHELSEA, MA — Golden Cannoli, the largest US producer of cannoli shells and fillings, announced the addition of a new CEO.

The baking company — currently owned by second-generation family members Valerie Bono-Bunker, Maria Malloy, and Eric and Edwin Bresciani — announced the appointment of Chet Baker to the c-suite role.

“We are excited to welcome Chet to Golden Cannoli,” said the Bono and Bresciani families. “He brings a strong track record of driving growth, operational excellence and innovation. His leadership style and strategic vision make him a natural fit as we expand our product offerings and strengthen our position while honoring everything that got us here.”

Baker brings decades of global leadership experience to the role, spanning industries such as food and consumer products.

Under the company’s newest generation of ownership, Golden Cannoli has expanded its business, manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio, supporting its bakery, foodservice and retail customers. With this new appointment, the baking company is positioned for further growth and innovation.
