TORONTO — Mondelez International announced Naniss Gadel-Rab as president of Mondelez Canada, effective March 3.

Gadel-Rab most recently led the Foods portfolio of Unilever Canada. She brings two decades of experience in supply chain, sales, strategy, marketing and e-commerce leadership roles to the position.
Upon stepping into the role, she will succeed Karla Schlieper, who will depart Mondelez Canada in early March.
“We also want to thank Karla Schlieper for her leadership in Canada since 2022 where she transformed the Canadian business and fostered a culture of growth, collaboration and accountability, which will set the foundation for continued success,” Valle said.
