NEW BRUNSWICK, CANADA — Mrs. Dunster’s Bakery, a Canadian commercial bakery known for its sweet goods, promoted Erin McClure to COO, effective immediately.
McClure joined the baking company four years ago as director of operations. Since that time, she has led several initiatives to guide Mrs. Dunster’s through its growth and transformation.
“From day one, Erin has earned the trust and respect of our employees, her peers, shareholders, the advisory board, vendors, and customers,” said Blair Hyslop, co-CEO and co-owner of Mrs. Dunster’s Bakery via LinkedIn. “She has led with integrity, vision, and a steadfast belief in the power of people. Erin is not just a builder of systems and processes — she builds teams, relationships and a culture where everyone can thrive.”
As Mrs. Dunster’s Bakery’s first-ever COO, McClure will oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, operations, logistics, human resources, quality assurance and retail stores.
“This announcement represents more than a role change,” Hyslop continued. “It reflects our growth, passion and commitment to building a thriving future for Mrs. Dunster’s.”
