MEMPHIS, TN — Monogram Foods, a manufacturer of USDA baked goods, announced Jeff Frank, outgoing CEO of Organic Valley, as CEO, effective April 28.

Frank will be the second CEO in the company’s history, succeeding Karl Schledwitz, co-founder and outgoing CEO. Schledwitz, who has led Monogram Foods since 2004, will continue to serve as the company’s board chair.

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Frank has held several top roles, including leading Hormel Foods through its largest acquisition. He joined Organic Valley in early 2023 and has since led the company to exceed its financial targets and land the top market share spot.
