OAK BROOK, IL — As a leading supplier of frozen baked goods, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is continuing its strategies to target consumers looking for on-the-go desserts that balance portion control and indulgence. In doing so, the baking company launched Cyrus O’Leary’s Mini Cream Pies to foodservice and convenience channels.

Crafted at Cyrus O’Leary’s boutique bakery, the 4-inch, single-serve treats feature a whipped topping and a layer of filling over a pressed graham cracker crust.
