CHICAGO — The countdown is on for BakingTECH 2026, to be held Feb. 16-19 in Chicago. Ahead of the American Society of Baking (ASB)’s annual event, the organization unveiled its three Main Stage Speakers.
James Taylor, an expert in AI, innovation and creativity, will offer a keynote presentation on Feb. 18 during BakingTECH’s opening general session.
On Feb. 19, attendees will glean insights from Markey Culver, CEO of The Women’s Bakery, and Kevin Ryan, founder of Malachite Strategy and Research.
In addition to these presentations, BakingTECH will offer an array of programming, including live podcasts, educational sessions on the Bake TALK Stage and Technical Breakout Sessions.
