LOS ANGELES — Lexington Bakes (LXB) brought back its limited-edition Raspberry Velvet Brownie for its fourth year.
The flavor is the brand’s take on the classic Red Velvet flavor but without food coloring or dyes.
“Our Raspberry Velvet Brownie is a new American classic that elevates the iconic Red Velvet flavors and visual aesthetics consumers love with the better ingredients they deserve,” said Lex Evan, founder and CEO of Lexington Bakes. “It is by far our most celebrated and anticipated flavor all year long.”
The 2-ounce brownie is made with freeze-dried raspberries and TCHO’s Real Fruity 68% dark chocolate, topped with Sierra Nevada’s gum-free cream cheese and Northwest Wild Foods heirloom raspberries. The limited-edition offering is made with 100% organic and 40% fair trade ingredients.
LXB’s Raspberry Velvet Brownies are available online and in select retailers nationwide in packs of six for an SRP of $36.
