WAUKESHA, WI — Legacy Bakehouse, a commercial baking company under Benford Capital Partners, has a new member in its c-suite.
The bakery appointed Lauren Davis as CFO to support its expansion in the baked snacks market.
“We are thrilled to welcome Lauren to the Legacy Bakehouse family,” said Alain Vallet-Sandre, president of Legacy Bakehouse. “Her proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning makes her the ideal partner as we expand our capabilities and strengthen our position as a premier manufacturer of high-quality baked snacks. Lauren’s expertise will be instrumental as we integrate our recent acquisitions and pursue future growth.”
Earlier this year, the contract manufacturer acquired Classic Cookie, a producer and distributor of premium cookies, and in fall 2024, Legacy Bakehouse wrapped up its deal to nab Angelic Bakehouse.
Davis joins Legacy Bakehouse from Sokol Custom Foods, where she previously served as CFO. In her new position, she will oversee financial operations for the baking company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and strategic initiatives.
“I am excited to join Legacy Bakehouse at such a pivotal moment,” Davis said. “Legacy has built an impressive reputation for quality, innovation and reliability over more than a century. I look forward to working with Alain and the team to strengthen our financial foundation and drive sustainable growth.”
