YAKIMA, WA — Kwik Lok Corp. announced the addition of John Skadorwa to its leadership team as COO. Skadorwa succeeds Jeff Scott, who is retiring.
YAKIMA, WA — Kwik Lok Corp. announced the addition of John Skadorwa to its leadership team as COO. Skadorwa succeeds Jeff Scott, who is retiring.
“I want to thank Jeff Scott for his years of service to Kwik Lok,” said Don Carrell, CEO of Kwik Lok. “He has advanced Kwik Lok’s production processes, contributed to our leadership team and developed a terrific staff. I wish Jeff all the best in his retirement. With John coming onboard, I look forward to his invaluable problem-solving experience and his support of ongoing learning and the continuous improvement of our operations.”
Skadorwa brings with him 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including military, construction, energy, aerospace and manufacturing. Most recently, he served as a program management director on Blue Origin’s BE-4 Rocket Engine Program. He has also worked in roles that focused on cultural and strategic transformation, innovation implementation, continuous improvement, manufacturing execution and leadership development.
