PARK CITY, UT — Kodiak has been named on Inc.’s 2025 Best Workplaces list for its reputation in creating an exceptional workplace and company culture.

The award process involved a detailed employee survey that covered critical elements of the workplace, such as management effectiveness, perks, professional development and overall company culture. Each company’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score and ranking.
